It annoyed me so much. A complete lack of respect from both sides it seems. Of course EH and the NT have something to protect and of course people should be allowed to access it if it holds some spiritual significance for them.
But everyone was so uncompromising, it was just so annoying to watch, merely cementing the myth that anyone interested in stones is some kind psycho-babble proclaiming wierdo (with a beard). Bloody EH woman was just ridiculous too, in that she had absolutley NO respect for any of the pagan groups etc.
I just got really pissed off with everybody (apart from the aforementioned Arthur who, although it was hard to notice cos the didn't put him on camera much, was one of the only real voices of reason at the 'round table' meeting things.
Ah well, I'll just go to Carnac again this year and once again be the (inexplicably) only person there...
