Neither 'side' seemed to have any respect for the stones themselves, one side intent on banning access to all but the privileged few, the other wanting a completely open policy and no-holds-barred party!
So the stones end up barricaded in - atmosphere is ruined, or trampled all over - stones are damaged. Allowing fecking great BBQ torches in amongst the stones FFS!!
I've never been so angry at people who demand to be allowed to the stones when they've shown absolutely no respect for them at all. About the only one with any credibility was Arthur, standing regally, just waiting quietly for the sun...
