Steve wants to fix diagonal supports to the tower, we are going to need a rope expert. Was anyone in the "Boy Scouts" or better still "The Sea Cadets"

Also we need two men who know how to use a sledgehammer (believe me it's a skill) in case anyone asks, big wooden sledgehammers.
