Thanks to ocifant TV may come up with the money for the big one. However I've been down that road before and it's a long one, sometimes with nothing at the end. In the meantime if you all agree I suggest we concentrate on the 10 ton tests. If I can get the OK from work is Derbyshire within reasonable distance for most.

Well I've done not much more than make the introduction!

Derbyshire is a fair way (3 hrs+ drive from my place), but as long as the test is on a weekend (it would have to be I think, for most people on here), then I'm game.

OK, now I've read the entire thread and I'm up to speed. Count me in for any activity. It's a 2 hour drive to Derby for me, but that's no big problem. I'm self employed so I think I could persuade my boss to give me time off.
