We need more Welsh cheeses if you ask me! There are far too many stinky french ones (they're the ones that linger. they're not food if you ask me. if you found something smelling like that in the bottom of your bin you'd be appalled. I thnk it's partly a snobbery thing on the part of those who eat them)
