That was my fave too. I stayed there for hours, no-one about at all. It was a weekday though.

The Druid's Circle of Ullverston is right by the road and has great views, so I'd put that on the list, though be warned, it's used as a white cider stop off for local chavs so expect litter and paint on the stones.
