Don't suppose it's relevant, but thought you might be interested - here's an old note posted by Rhiannon from George Osborn's 'Ancient Wiltshire' (1982) that says there is another, possibly similar, polisher 'somewhere in England'.

I think i read everything that exists on the polisher before my visit there this year cos the area is one of the places you have to see to appreciate the determination of our ancestors. I had a real bad time where i couldn't walk for over a year and i still have to battle the pain, it was worth it though i may have upset some people. Thanks for the info, if i do track it down which i doubt, you will be the first to know. : ) ; ) : )
