Big cairns on hilltops in Scotland are the norm for anything that is a 2top" over ,say , 700 m but I can't think of one off hand that had a burial in it , the burials on summit cairns tend on lower hills are confined to lower heights . Do any of those cairns have recorded burials ?

Tiompan,
A number of summit cairns, and many lower cairns in Cumbria have been recorded as having burials, and others are simply recorded as "Bronze Age".
The ADS website is the best site to look at for details. It gives grid references and details of the type of site etc. That website is invaluable to anyone interested in the more esoteric antiquarian sites in Cumbria. I can't speak for other areas of the country, but I'm sure it's just as useful.

TE.
