Swinside, Greycroft, Giants Graves and Druid's Circle are pretty essential I would say. Haven't been to all the others in the area, but if you are time constrained, the above would make a worthwhile trip.

You guys are great. Thanks for all the help. I've booked a couple of nights in Ulverston. 15 quid - room only - job's a good 'un!

I'm going to print out the weblog entries. These are VERY useful when planning visits.

Stone Circle chasing is a lot cheaper than eclipse chasing;-))))
