Did you see much here or just the round barrow?

There is an excavation report in 'Norfolk Barrow excavations' that mentions a long barrow existing less than 100 yrs ago.

Its top of my list of 'to sees' in Norfolk. That and the Cressingham ones.

There's a well preserved round barrow near the road that's easy to spot and reach. The rest are in the woods nearby... but we didn't look for those as we were a bit pushed for time.

We found the long barrow at West Rudham too.... not the one by the road, but the one just behind the woods.... probably known as West Rudham South I guess.
