The Bonds' Site trees give a bit of screening in the summer but you can bet your socks that the new residents, in their posh new houses, will be screaming before too long for them to be cut down 'cause they spoil the view of the Henge (doesn't matter I suppose that the houses will spoil the view from the Henge).
