If it means there's a chance of more building, then I suppose you're right. I will admit though, when I saw the sign saying they were building houses, I didn't think "that's too close" I thought "ooh, I'd love to live there!".
That makes me selfish I suppose.

Changing the subject slightly, if they built them, and someone lived there and they run out of milk, which is the nearest shop they would have to visit to buy a bottle of milk?
