It isn't just yobs that trash places though.
This very day, according to a Campaign press release, the High Court has ruled that Hereford Council had manipulated the democratic process to allocate land for housing simply to fund the Rotherwas Road.
(That's the road the govt twice said wasn't needed and which was nevertheless driven over the Rotherwas Ribbon)

Aye, and it isn't just yobs who are so addle-brained and impotent that a simple exercise like restoring parts of Avebury is beyond their intellectual ken. Don't get me started on 'which Avebury'. People who witter away on that ticket should put aside their dated archaeological prejudices and take a course in the conservation and restoration of cultural property!
