"but which moss rightly says can't go through history with such a name"
Pourquoi? Is there some rule that says hills and monuments MUST be invested with dignified names? In this case, it's a cheeky little thing that has hidden from archaeologists for years. Finders, namers I reckon. If they wanted to call it something boring they should've found it themselves.
And is it so unreasonable to encounter the occasional name that raises a smile and thereby add to the sum total of human happiness? I'd cite the case of Brown Willy and many more but once VBB starts on the puns the forum might as well close down for a day or two.
