I walked around this mound today and took a pano (apple mov) there is a second spring at the foot of the mound which is wrongly marked on some old maps as Swallowhead.
Unfortunatly it is now used by fly tippers to dump rubbish down its sides.
After Silbury it would be the largest mound in the immediate area, as usual it is sadly neglected by NT.

The Land Rover that sadly took me to the top of this hill ('68) would be a collectable classic now if it were still on the road - but check the age range of the people who visit it at Easter. It would have been just as busy ten days ago. It has the same - or similar - problems to Silbury.
