The lady running the place a decade ago was offering ridiculously cheap prices. Her dad was dying and she had a lot on her plate.
Looking at google earth, and street view, I can see that in 2005, it was up for sale, and now appears to be owned by a local hotel group.
So I'm not sure if it would be as cheap or as family ran as when we went. But you might meet a posher wife now.
Gorgeous part of the world though. Vividly blue ocean just a stone throw away. Old mine workings. Handy for a variety of old stones (where in Cornwall isn't???)
