Well, that's pretty comprehensive! :)

I agree with all of the above, and would like to add that a trip to Sennen Cove is well worth a visit. The cliff walk to Lands End also takes in some impressive bronze age round barrows and the iron age Maen Castle.

As well as the aforementioned Cornovia, by Craig Weatherhill, may I also recommend Belerion? Same format as Cornovia, but concentrates solely on West Penwith. (As I type, a vague recollection that you can buy the 2 books in one volume nowadays)

You probably know you're spoilt for choice, megalithically speaking! There's so much to see it's almost overwhelming! Loads of non-stoney stuff, too, including the aforementioned beaches, St Ives, Minack Theatre, even a day trip to the Scilly Isles!

And *cough* holy wells *cough* Loads and LOADS of holy wells! :D

Belerion is indeed the Business as it covers Penwith only whereas Cornovia is the whole of Cornwall. It's out of print as a single volume. As you rightly say, it's been combined into the Cornovia hardback now (I'm not entirely sure it has all of the Belerion sites in it, maybe wrong though).

Cheers G

That Sennen Cove and the theatre look amazing. Will def check them out.

Can't wait now!
