I can certainly recommend Newgrange and Knowth (both fascinating places) but I found there wasn't enough time to see and take it all in at Knowth, I could have stayed twice as long there's so much of it

At both Knowth and Newgrange you are farmed in and out in 40 mins at each one. I've been to both many times and still haven't taken everything in!
