For maybe balancing on one point for the "female" stone... some capstones could have been used like this for pointing at particular places on the horizon...

yes - that one is like a piece of cut emmental . and that rhomboid shape or eccentric variants occour at various places - but some of the standing stones are almost 'cubic' - i haven't seen that elsewhere i think
