Just heard Thornborough mentioned on the 7:30am news on Radio 4!

"Conservationists trying to preserve a group of Bronze Age monuments will find out today whether a campaign to prevent the expansion of a nearby quarry has been successful. The Thornborough Henges, near Ripon, have been compared in importance to Stonehenge. North Yorkshire County Council are due to discuss an application by Tarmac, who want to quarry much closser to the site."
