Apparently if you meditate and go into a simple form of nirvana and then, in that state, imagine one, then it can appear quite soon afterwards. There's a theory that they may be some kind of huge other-dimensioned molecule drifting through space, that's not bad. But evidence of rudimentary communication - the example must have appeared around the same time as your fair - is pretty weird.
