Thanks to George's easy-as-pie 'planning application objection letter kit', I have just written and posted a strongly worded letter opposing the Ladybridge Farm development at Thornborough.

It took me 20 minutes.

Three of us signed it.

Please -everyone- get writing. It'll only take 20 minutes of your life and the price of a second class stamp.

And you will not me alone. Around sixty people have asked me for this kit via email so far.

Beside my desk I have 250 letters of objection that we have collected and I'm expacting another 250 plus by Tuesday.

We would really like to make sure North Yorkshire County Council have an overwhelming response to this application by the first deadline - this Friday.
