I got this reply from my MP today (which was quick!);-

Thornborough Henges. It sounds very interesting and I will look at the
website as soon as I have a minute and will sign the online petition once
I have read more about this fascinating place.

The reporter at the Yorkshire Post gave me the number of a friend of his at the York office, but she's away til tomorrow. But he said, if the York office didn't do anything, he'll see what he can do in a week or so when his current workload eases!
