OK. First thing to do is go to each of the images you wish to associate with your web log and edit them. On the edit page you can select the weblog from a dropdown list.

Once you have done this go to the web log and you will see all the images are tacked onto the bottom of the log.

If you edit the log you can now alter the order of the images.

ONce you are happy with the order you can stop them appearing at the end and put them into the text. To do this simple type {{XX}} into the weblog text, where XX is the number that appears in the dropdown next to the image you wish to place. To group images type {{XX,ZZ,YY,AA}}

All this applies to fieldnotes and miscellaneous entries too
