A phrase mentioning wood and trees springs to mind at this point although in my case stones and trees would be more apt. Just been looking at my OS Map I was frustratingly close to the Hawk Stone aswell, so looks like I'll be out that way again sometime in the near future. Are there any other stones, longbarrows etc in the area?
