Mr Tolkien has a version of Sir Gwain and the Green Knight. Barrow and mound are mentioned in verse 87, 1995 edition.

I saw this and thought it was fantastic.

I've loved Tintagel since i was little and I'd not heard of Lud Church before either, despite growing up near that part of the country. So it was all really quite a mind blowing tv prog.
