For others that have been here - have you ever observed that few folk actually stay to enjoy the ambience of the place? Nearly all seem to walk right through, and then, gone. (It's a worthy visit, and something to marvel at. Last time I visited, I had just watched King Kong (Peter Jackson version); excepting the giant bugs, this place has a similar feel to the chasm depicted in the film.
I've also added a picture of the simulacra of the faces that few seem to realise are here.
There is a joint Northern Earth Walk / Megalithic Meet scheduled to visit here next year; get in touch if you're interested.
Cheers, Tim.
