I hope your protest prompts a quick response and some action; I'm hoping to visit the week after next. Surely he can't be allowed to get way with what amounts to tampering with a scheduled ancient monument. I wouldn't have thought the level of trespass was that bad, certainly no more than other landowners with similar monuments on their land tolerate. It's been there a bloody sight longer than him.
