Nope. Its is a scheduled ancient monument and listed as such on Magic.gov.uk. Hence why the duck pond was moved. Damage & defacement of these monuments is a criminal offence and will eventually lead whosoever is commiting these offences to an exciting meeting with The Dorset Constabulary. A fine and thoroughly honest police force so I'm lead to believe.
