I doubt if one exists. It's difficult to see with the naked eye and probably hasn't shown up in any photograph.

Running legs?

The triangular 'pedunda' carvings are very common across europe. As they'd never seen a camel I can't think what else they'd be.

There are some good examples in <i>Prehistoric Art</i> by Jean-Pierre Mohen - a big high gloss book, but well worth getting out from the library if not buying.
