Why is it that every majot book retailer (with the exception of WHSmiths) has refused to stock Paul Outhwaites fantastic Automatic Living book?

Seems they'll stock unagreeable books when it is unagreeable to others, but when a book includes thinly disguised criticism of they own ilk they censor it.

Double standards?
