I climbed Silbury to try and gain a better understanding of what it's about, unfortunately it offered nothing bar the view.
I doubt i'd ever climb it again, Not due to rules etc but because someone i respect greatly asked me not to, Which carries far more weight (for me) than any "rule". ; )
