The sad thing about the large security fence and barbed wire (upon several versions of which EH has spent many thousands of taxpayer's pounds in the past few years) is they have probably prevented absolutely zero incursions onto the hill ever. Or perhaps an octogenarian or two with gammy legs. Better/more sineage would have been far more successful, not to mention a bit of imaginative high tech security stuff etc etc.

Yes, that could do with being adopted as a misssion statement by tho responsible organisations - with the addendum - and that means passing them on entirely undamaged, not giving in to pressure from the present to allow "just a bit of damage" as that adds up in the end to "a lot"......
