It is 2 years since Silbury Hill suffered a collapse. It is currently filled with plastic and polystyrene. If the weather is good we are planning a picnic at the base of the hill on Sunday 19th May. Your all welcome to join us if you can make it.
If you can't make it then perhaps you would like to join in a Virtual picnic and send emails to English Heritage asking just what they intend to do to repair it and when.
The Silbury documentary only mentioned 'Limited Repairs' which is worrying.

we got it totally wrong, and ended up at Ivinghoe Beacon, totally the Other End of the Ridgeway ...
