It's hard to see Picked hill and not think of Silbury - well I thought so too, Moss.
(What's Devereux's double sunrise theory?)
I can't get a spot on grid ref for Picked Hill , Magic is playing up , but with a 6 figure fwiw , from Marlborough Mound to Picked Hill is the same azimuth as the winter major moon set .
Similarly , Marden Henge - Picked Hill gives a declination of 24.3 which in effect means that from the the northern point of the henge which appears to be the highest point the midsummer solstice sun would have appeared over the top of
ooops Picked Hill .Stonehenge is due south too .
