Via, of course, the interpretation staff :-)

Does that amount to the interpretation bods reporting back to the onsite English Heritage PR bods who in turn report back to the English Heritage PR HQ who, (if they haven't lost the plot by this time) then decide how best not to inform the public of their activities at Silbury ;-)
