Was there ever a promise by EH to make the final brief for engineers* available to the public?

I don't remember reading it. EH rarely make such things public.
A shame they are going to leave the Atkinson supports in place as many of them are now free standing and not supporting anything.
It will also give future archaeologists the excuse to ge tunneling back in to remove the rusty old things.
