Now thqt th4e venue has been changed and there are 120 tickets should we not concentrate on making sure they are filled with interested parties and not the retired hr officers and twin set and pearls brigade?

I'd assume the meeting is being pro-actively publicised to all the local and national organizations that might wanr to send representatives?
