Which is all that HA are asking for : the opportunity for the public to read detailed information then discuss it with some informed professionals !

Which is also what EH said they would arrange nigh a year ago.

If it happens then no doubt like the material you have read it will be in the form of propaganda, no doubt the professionals will hold the party line and not reveal what they actually think, but at least the public will have had their attention drawn to Silbury, be more informed about Silbury, be more aware of Silbury's ills, and been given the opportunity to listen to and join in discussion about it. In the very least an informed public might stop tramping all over it !
