It's now official Jane. Lord Avebury has just been on Wiltshire Radio. They said to him "What does this say about the value that people put on Silbury and about EH's responsibility to protect it? He didn't use your exact words but the point has now been very well made.

Now (warning, thread-crossing here) if EH agrees to a meeting in Avebury where could that take meeting take place? The Chapel could hold what? 50 people? How many people can the Social Club hold? What about the church? (put the place to some proper use for a change ;-)

And let's make sure if a meeting does take place we've got plenty of people from the media and sympathetic professional folk in attendance.
