I've got to post this, so that there's not a shred of doubt about exactly what's happening:

Their website says: "English Heritage's proposals for further research and possible longer term works to the Hill to be the subject of a peer review"
The programme allows for: "lectures all day and an hour for questions at the end". (If time)

This is a national disgrace and intolerable.

That's the problem for HA. Because it's a disgrace, we ought to have nothing to do with it. On the other hand if we don't participate, we lose any opportunity to challenge the process from the inside. We lose either way, but on balance I guess the loss is probably greater if HA (Nigel) doesn't attend.
