Unless the rabbits can jump up and open the hatch with all the turfs ontop they will be trapped and starve to death (unless there is some nice EH poisen to kill them quickly)
The tunnels are far too small for badgers but a skinny druid might crawl through.

Saw them today, yes they're traps alright, simple metal runs with a trapdoor into a holding chamber, with a grill on top so you can immediately see if there are any captives. They're weighted with turf at present so won't work (probably because the fence hasn't all been fully installed so there's no point at present) but when they are I can imagine hell to pay when kind hearted people find what's going on.

Another monumental PR disaster from the leaders in the field.
