The one time I do remember Silbury doing a kind of 'reach-down-throat-and-pull-out-heart' thing was up along the Wansdyke walking to Adam's Grave with Julian, Abbey and Holy McGrail one dusky Saturday evening.
Viewing it across the rolling downs was quite special. From that distance you can allow yourself to go, "Wow! That's feckin' HUUUuuuugggeee! And magnificent!" without having to rescale your world.
