What cheeky monkey climbed the hill to remove the ridiculous fence in teh first place? Shame on you EH. Bad example to be setting! Stick some notices up. Total cost - about a fiver. Job done.

I've been told I don't look a day over 75, incidentally!

A fence next to the road - wouldn't that require planning permission ? It'd be damn dangerous on the A4 - especially this fast stretch.

I don't think EH know what they are doing and I am going to write and tell em so this morning.
