Not that I wish to open a hornet's nest on this thread George, (well not much) but don't you think there's a bit of a North/South thing going on here?

I have an idea that Lottery funding tends to flow to the areas South of Brum. I guess it's because Suvverners are more switched on and intelligent.
Or maybe they're all Delboys, working the system, what do you reckon?
