Did you know, a certain major landowner attempted to demolish a henge not too far from me with a bulldozer, in the early nineties at a time when he knew this to be a criminal act. Guess what EH did? Reduced the size of the scheduled area and allowed him to plant trees in the ditch. The nice thing is, the trees are still there for all to see so EH can't sue me.
