I am not an apologist for EH and I do not work for them or the NT, but the survey this report was based on was scheduled before the hole appeared and is just one of numerous others that are all external surveys; it just overlapped with the recent damage the report on which is still awaited. If Nigel has been fed accurate info on internal wrangling it would explain the delay, and I can only wonder on what has been spun as I can't see they have anything to spin. We still await a report on the 'hole', the SKANSKA survey, and a decision of what they are gonna do about it.
