Well I don't want to do anything with it, certainly not have responsibility for it, like insuring it against it falling down and hurting people.

I simply thought that from some of his tight lipped expressions of disapproval and frustration he MIGHT welcome the fact that EH were forced, legally, to spill a fewbeans and have their actions more open to public scrutiny and criticism. He seems like he's a good bloke, and thinks they're all pretty arrogant and incompetent. I thought we could make it very plain to him that public accountability was our sole aim, and just see see how he reacted. It's worth a letter, just to see.

The other aspect, that really appeals to me, is that we'd have the right to put up better "gerroff!" notices - EH's are pathetic and totally don't work. Maybe, even, our own information board, happening to mention that it was in the care of a secretive and foot-dragging quango!
