No definatly the Heath field in this case.
The river Marden often floods the surrounding area and there are other Heath places names in the area.
I think one of the Cunningtons wrote about its original name but I don't have the account to hand.

Found the ref in WAM 41 p290
Thonne on Haethfield geat
The name often occurs as Hatfield and was formerly to describe the region also called Savages Heath, south of Postern hill.
But his point in the bounds has no connection with that.
Tha name is a very common one in heathy districts.
