I'll show that site to John.

I think that's the kind of thing John meant, but I suspect he has in mind something a tiny bit more detailed and 'smooth' or realistic for want of better words. Until recently when he was made redundant I think he was using some pretty special 'kit'.

This is by NO MEANS a slight on Mr McIvor in the least - the quick glance I've had his model looks really good.

No, I wasn`t *right* at the top, that is, I didn`t climb up either of the two stacks.

I use a digital camera with 6x optical zoom, which is equivalent to 210mm.

Now, the Uffington White Horse is a bugger to shoot in its entirety.....unless you get some distance away. I suggest that you try to get a good one of that.
